Its shedding season at my house and you know what that means:
The dreaded fur tornado has appeared! It is a swirl of irritation which follows every cat as they lose their summer coat in preparation for winter.
If you have been the victim of a furnado then you definitely know what I’m talking about. The itchy eyes and sniffly nose caused by this feat of nature.
The only known way to escape a furnado is to pass it on to someone else, which is why I keep a kitty comb/brush at my work station – a vain attempt to capture those kitty fibers as they try to pass off the furry flurry onto me!
I’m so proud of my boys for getting along so well… most of the time. Its going to be 3 years since we got Kyoko this June- unless I’m mistaken, numbers and time aren’t my good suit!
They play chase together, never fight over food and can lay on the same couch near one another. What more could I ask for in a couple of kitties?
I used Camtasia to record my screen as I drew this Cornish Rex Cat in GIMP.
It took me about an hour to draw.
The number on the screen is just a note for me to remember what brush size i used.
Kyoko sometimes gets stinky… or goes outside in the rain and gets covered in mud.
