Look! I actually colored something!
Who knows where this Vulpix is running off to? Perhaps its about to rain and she is running for cover.
The character Vulpix is ©Pokémon/Nintendo
I call it a wildcat, but its really just a made up cartoon kitty with spots and stripes, as you can see it has a collar on so its not WILD… but you get the point.
This year in growing catnip from seed, it looks like it is doing well. So I decided to prune off the tops of each stem to promote branching out.
I knew that a certain someone would enjoy eating that bunch of nip clippings.
She means me, right?
No! Not you, Lisa.
He likes those fresh leaves.
As I began feeding him the leaves and playing with him Lisa sat about a foot away.. giving us such an unimpressed look.
Really, Nice Guy? Aren’t you too old to be playing like that.
Of course I was planning on giving her some of the catnip all along. But when I did this is what happened:
Oh come on Lisa! Nice Guy isn’t some sort of toxic chemical plant. You can share…
No, no, no. I couldn’t possibly eat that. Nice Guy breathed on it.
My daughter and myself were doing some laundry when we found this super cute moth hanging out on the door! So of course, I had to take a video of it because its SO CUTE!! It looks like it is newly emerged because its wings aren’t that big yet.
Don’t worry we were really careful with it and put it in a safe place after filming!
Firstly, this video is LOUD so don’t wear headphones or have your volume up too much.
I just made this video to document the weather. A sudden dark cloud was passing over when I was doing some gardening and lo and behold… HAIL came raining down from the sky. Wow.
Then there was even some really loud BOOMs! I thought it was thunder, but it just looked like a couple streaks going horizontally across the sky.
Confused, I went and got my better video camera to make sure that it wasn’t some cell phone abnormality.
But it happened again. Oh well, neat anyways!
Just thought I’d share : )
We were looking for Kyoko and just when we were about to give up we found him laying in the back of the dresser drawer. Comfy as a king, but slightly concerned that we found his hiding spot.
“Well that was fun while it lasted, I had better get out now…”
The picture below is his reaction when I told him that it is OK for him to be in the drawer. “So, I can lay here?”
“I’m REALLY not in trouble?“
He looked like he understood that I wasn’t upset, but it would have been more fun for him to be in the drawer without us knowing.
I’m really getting into gardening this spring, even though I only have a “patio garden” and have to grow all of my plants in containers.
Here is a video I did about propagating Rex Begonias from a leaf cutting.
